BOTANICA RUG
קולקציית השטיחים Botanica מבית GAN היא חגיגה של טבע, עיצוב ואומנות – שיתוף פעולה ראשון ומסקרן עם המעצב הגרמני בודו ספרליין, היוצר בלונדון. בסדרה ייחודית זו הצליח ספרליין ללכוד את קסם העולם הבוטני ולתרגם אותו לשפה טקסטילית מלאת חיים: פרטים עשירים ועדינים, קווים רכים כעלים, מעברי גוון מרהיבים ושכבות בעומקים שונים שמעניקים לכל שטיח מראה תלת־ממדי מהפנט. הסוד טמון בשילוב בין שתי טכניקות מלאכת יד – Hand Tufted וחריטה (Carving) – שמאפשרות ליצור גבהים שונים והבלטות מרהיבות בתוך שטיח אחד. כך נולדת אשליה אורגנית של תנועה, גלים ורכות טבעית, כמו נוף חי שנפרש על הרצפה. כל פרט בקולקציית Botanica מספר סיפור של טבע מתעורר: גוונים משתנים שמדמים משחקי אור וצל, מרקמים שמזמינים מגע וחיבור עמוק בין הבית או המשרד לבין כוחו המרפא והמרגיע של הטבע.

Meet the designer Bodo Sperlein
Bodo Sperlein is a London-based designer and artist celebrated for his international profile and passion for high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
